 Welcome to Aberystwyth University Park Avenue Stadium! Iconic Park Avenue has been host to Aberystwyth Town Football Club for over 100 years. The Stadium which was benchmarked as a UEFA Category 2 ground in 2021 and has hosted UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League Qualifiers, Youth International matches, FAW Cup Finals and many other prestigious matches, but is also a community hub widely used by local clubs. The entry capacity of the stadium is currently set at 1,980 with a total of 596 covered seats provided in the Rhun Owens Stand (straddling the half way line) and the Dias Stand (behind the goal at the Town end), and 389 uncovered seats in the stand at the Northern side of the ground. Matchday atmosphere Park Avenue is a vibrant place on matchdays, evidenced by the fact that the Club have been one of the best supported clubs in the Cymru Premier league over the entirety of its 33 years. Almost 6,000 supporters attended Park Avenue for Cymru Premier matchdays in 2023/24, equating to an average attendance of 370. Read more here.  What time is kick off? Aber Town matches usually kick off at 2.30pm on a Saturday, or 8pm for an evening game. Where do I buy tickets? Season tickets offer tremendous value at £80 for sixteen matches and are available here. Matchday tickets are available by cash or card at the turnstiles. Admission prices at Aberystwyth University Park Avenue for 2024/5 are set at £8 for adults, £5 for concessions, £2 for Secondary School age kids, and Primary School and younger are free. As part of our sponsorship deal with Aberystwyth University, all AU students are offered free entry on production of their Aber Card.   Matchday Programmes Printed matchday programmes are available at the turnstiles for £2.50. This offers astonishing value for a beautifully written, bilingual 56 page brochure put together by our Programme Editor Dilwyn Ellis Roberts. Previous copies can be found online here. Parking Free parking is not available to the general public at the Stadium, however the ground is surrounded by Local Authority paid car parks. The closest are Maesyrafon and Park Avenue Car Parks. Full details can be found here.  John Charles Lounge Pre match food and drink can be found in our welcoming Clubhouse known as the John Charles Lounge. The bar is open pre and post match for drinks and is a popular place for supporters to whet their appetites, with match catering provided by Ruth’s Kitchen, who offer a delicious menu. Local favourites are the burger and chips though other options are available. Away from matchdays Ruth’s Kitchen also offer a superb Sunday Lunch – although as it is so popular, pre booking is advisable, here.  Footy Scran
Lovers of Footy Scran may wish to sample Ruth Kitchen's as yet unnamed local delicacy, which offers sensational pie, chips and mushy peas (plus sauce to taste) for a knock down price of just £6. We are currently open to suggestions regarding the name of our local speciality so please get in touch if you have a suggestion! Club Shop The Club shop has a large array of replica shirts, scarves, bobble hats, pin badges and other items. It is open on matchdays, based at the bottom of the TV gantry on the half way line.
