Cafodd yr elusen newydd, enwir Sefydliad Clwb Pêl-Droed Tref Aberystwyth, ei gofrestru gyda'r Comisiwn Elusennol yn mis Medi, gyda'r nodau canlynol:
The new charity, known as Aberystwyth Town Football Club Foundation, was registered with the Charity Commission in September, with the following aims:
- hyrwyddo budd trigolion yr ardal fudd-dal heb wahaniaeth o ran rhyw, cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, oedran, anabledd, cenedligrwydd, hil neu farn wleidyddol, grefyddol neu farn arall, trwy gysylltu’r trigolion a’r awdurdodau statudol dywededig, yn wirfoddol a sefydliadau eraill mewn ymdrech gyffredin i hyrwyddo addysg a darparu cyfleusterau er budd lles cymdeithasol ar gyfer chwaraeon, adloniant a galwedigaeth amser hamdden gyda'r nod o wella amodau bywyd y trigolion dywededig;
- sefydlu, neu sicrhau bod, Cyfleuster Chwaraeon Cymunedol yn cael ei sefydlu a chynnal a rheoli'r cyfleuster hwnnw (boed ar ei ben ei hun neu mewn cydweithrediad ag unrhyw awdurdod statudol neu berson neu gorff arall) er mwyn hyrwyddo'r Amcanion;
- hyrwyddo unrhyw ddibenion elusennol eraill a bennir o bryd i'w gilydd.
The new charity, known as Aberystwyth Town Football Club Foundation, was registered with the Charity Commission in September, with the following aims:
- to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the statutory authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for sport, recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants
- to establish, or secure the establishment of, a Community Sporting Facility and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any statutory authority or other person or body) in furtherance of the Objects;
- to promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
