Mathew Jones emerged as one of Town's standout players last season in the left back position, putting in a number of excellent performances and proving to be one of the squad's most consistent and reliable players over the course of the JD Welsh Premier League campaign and road to the Welsh Cup Final. He made a total of 28 appearances last season, scoring 2 goals in the process, including a goal to put Town 4-3 up against Newtown in the final home game of the season. Jack Rimmer is an extremely talented and promising youngster who'll be looking to force his way into regular first team action this season, after impressing for Aber's magnificent double-winning Under 19's side last season.
