PREVIEW: CPDM Y FELINHELI (H)

Aberystwyth Town Women return to cup action this weekend as they welcome CPDM Y Felinheli to Park Avenue for a 2pm kick-off in the Genero Adran Trophy.  A welcome break from the intensity of league competition and an opportunity to build momentum in front of the home crowd.

Aber come into the fixture looking to reset and refocus after a challenging run of league matches in the Adran Premier. Recent performances have shown clear improvement in organisation, work rate, and attacking intent, and the squad will view the Trophy as a valuable chance to express themselves, rotate where needed, and give minutes to players pushing for greater involvement.

CPDM Y Felinheli, competing in the Adran North, arrive with confidence of their own. They have shown resilience and attacking spark in recent weeks, picking up positive results and demonstrating growth as a squad. The sides last met in the 2023/24 edition of the competition, when Aber earned a 4–0 win away from home.
