Aberystwyth Town Women aim to end phase one on a high live on S4C / Clic / YouTube / BBCiPlayer.

After phase one being pushed back do due fixtures being cancelled, Aberystwyth Town Women face one of the toughest tests in the Genero Adran Premier, as last season’s champions Cardiff City Women visit Park Avenue. A tough test faces the Seasiders for the final game of phase one.
The Seasiders will be determined to rise to the challenge, with home support expected to play a key role on the afternoon. Cardiff’s attacking quality is well documented, but Aber have shown throughout the season that, when disciplined and clinical, but can compete with anyone in the league.
Aberystwyth head into the fixture after resilient performances against The New Saints and Briton Ferry. The squad will be looking to build on those displays and put into practice the lessons learned on the training ground over the last few weeks. Rhys Jon and his coaching staff have worked hard preparing the team for the final push towards the end of Phase One.
Cardiff City arrive in confident form following a convincing win over Pontypridd. The Bluebirds are renowned for being well organised, disciplined, and expansive in attack, and Aberystwyth will need to be at their very best, defensively resolute and ruthless when opportunities arise to get a positive result.
One to Watch – Aberystwyth Town Women: Tirion Sedgewick (Sponsored by Gareth Ebenezer) - A talented young defender and Under-19s captain, Tirion returns after a spell on the sidelines. She knows exactly what it means to wear the black and green and consistently gives everything for the badge.
One to Watch – Cardiff City Women: Fiona Barry – A prolific striker with the ability to change a game in an instant.
