VACANCY: MEN'S FIRST-TEAM MANAGER

Aberystwyth Town Football Club are inviting applications for the position of Men's First Team Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the Men’s First Team in the JD Cymru South and play a key role in driving forward the Club’s on-field performance and long-term footballing strategy.

Essential Requirements

• Hold a UEFA A Licence (minimum).

• Be enrolled on, or working towards, the UEFA Pro Licence.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, enthusiasm, motivation, and communication skills.

• Possess excellent player management abilities and an extensive network of footballing contacts.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience of managing at JD Cymru Premier level (or equivalent).

Role Details

• Part-time position, with remuneration to be agreed during the interview process.

• The role involves responsibility for:

  • Player selection.

  • Tactical preparation and organisation of all training sessions.

  • Management of players and technical staff in the dressing room and technical area before, during, and after matches.

  • Media duties, including press conferences and interviews.
