
25 year old James (see photo, left) is originally from Maidstone in Kent. He started his Career at Grimsby Town where he was a Pro until the age of 20, after which he moved on to Whitstable Town, Ramsgarte and Faversham Town. He then joined Wrexham for a second chance to get back into professional football and has enrolled as a BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching for Participation and Performance development student at Wrexham Glyndwr University. Etherington, who can play right back or Centre Half is a younger cousin of retired Premier League midfielder Matthew Etherington.
