Aberystwyth Town Football Club are delighted to confirm the signings of three promising youngsters ahead of the start of the JD Welsh Premier League season tomorrow. Kamon-Sherell Assidjo, Eliott Assi and Harri Rowe have all signed on for the 2018/19 season as they look to play a pivotal part in the black and greens' squad during the season ahead.
Kamon-Sherell or 'Sher' as he's better known, is a French-born left sided midfielder known for his pace and trickery, and joins the club having spent the majority of last season with National League South side Dulwich Hamlet FC. He's 23 years old, and started his career in his native France where he made 14 appearances for French third-tier side Vennisieux. Elliot is a versatile attacker who can play as a central striker or in the number 10 role, and is known for his hold up and link-up play. Born in Paris, France, but of Nigerian descent - he spent last season with Welsh League side Penybont and has also spent time with Hendon FC of the Southern League Premier South in the past. Harri is one of the club's most promising young talents - he's a Welsh School Boys Under 18's representative,and impressed last season whilst playing at left back for Bari Morgan's double-winning u19's squad. Harri has been inching ever closer to first team action throughout the past few seasons, and has impressed during his time with the first team squad during this year's pre-season friendlies. He will now form a part of the black and greens' first team squad throughout the season as Aber look to get off to a flying start at home to Llandudno on Friday evening.
