 Aberystwyth Town are pleased to announce the Deadline Day Signing of Aaron Pomeyie, and the loan move of Richie Ricketts to Penrhyncoch. Talented winger Pomeyie joins the Black and Greens from Llandudno, having previously played for the Seasiders and Rhyl in the Welsh Premier League, as well as Holywell Town, Buckley Town, Morecambe, Runcorn Town and Cammel Laird. A 23 year old Liverpudlian, Aron has been training with Aber and has impressed the Management Team enough to earn himself a place in Town’s squad for the remainder of 2019/20. Meanwhile, Llanfarian based winger Richie Ricketts has moved to Penrhyncoch on loan until the end of the season, whilst remaining contracted to the Black and Greens until the end of 2020/21. 17 year old Richie, still in school at Penweddig, has made a positive impression in his 10 Cymru Premier appearances to date for Aber Town, and is certain to bolster Penrhyncoch’s attacking options for the remainder of the season, before returning to the Seasiders at the end of April.
