 Aberystwyth Town FC today announce the departure of First Team Manager Seamus Heath.
Appointed at the end of March, Seamus is still convalescing after major surgery and despite making steady progress after his recent illness, will be unable to fulfil his duties as First Team Manager this season. Seamus was born in Belfast but retains close links to North Wales having played 32 times for Wrexham in 1983/4, followed by 17 appearances for Tranmere over the subsequent two years. Heath has since developed a wealth of Coaching experience in Northern Ireland, working with Glenavon, Kilmore Recreation, the Northern Ireland Under 19s side, Knockbreda Under 20s and Annagh United in the Northern Irish First Division.
