Aberystwyth Town FC are saddened to hear of the passing of Honorary Life Vice President Olive Meredith, widow of legendary Committee Member Dai Meredith.
Olive like Dai was a regular and supporter of the Black and Greens, and also served the Club on the Ladies Committee in the 1980s. The Club has been asked to share the Obituary Notice, as follows: MEREDITH Olive. Formerly of Spring Gardens in Trefechan. Passed away peacefully 3rd June 2022 aged 90 years. Public funeral service at St Mathews Church, Borth, Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 11.30am. Donations in memory of Olive to Alzheimers Society will kindly be received by Louise Evans Funeral Director, Rose Heath, Rheidol Road, Penparcau, Aberystwyth.
