Aberystwyth Town FC is delighted to learn that Antonio Corbisiero and John Owen have won the Cymru Premier Manager and Player of the Month Awards for November 2021!
The announcement was made at 12.30pm on 7th December and everyone at the Club congratulates Antonio and John on their fantastic individual achievements! Here s the confirmation as received from the FAW: NOVEMBER’S PLAYER AND MANAGER OF THE MONTH WINNERS The winners of November's Player and Manager of the Month awards in the JD Cymru Leagues have been confirmed. The fans' vote was combined with a league and independent voting panel to determine the winners. JD CYMRU PREMIER Manager of the Month Antonio Corbisiero – Aberystwyth Town It was an unbeaten month for Aberystwyth Town as Antonio Corbisiero guided the Seasiders to two wins and a draw. They earned a point away from home against Barry Town United, toppled the leaders The New Saints and backed that up with a win against Cardiff Met. Player of the Month John Owen – Aberystwyth Town John Owen's two goals in November proved decisive as Aberystwyth Town toppled the leaders The New Saints and Cardiff Met with 1-0 victories.
