Friday 27th November (kick off 7.45pm) Dafabet Welsh Premier League Aberystwyth Town v Carmarthen Town The Black and Greens return to Park Avenue on Friday after an absence of almost a month, and with the Dafabet WPL coming towards the business end of its first phase, Town fans will be looking forward to a positive home result to set the tone for a vital set of matches between now and the League Split in January 2016. Lady Luck was definitely not smiling down on the Black and Greens last week as they fell to a 2-0 defeat at Airbus, and Lee Surman's red card in that game rules him out of Friday's encounter. Aber's only injury concern currently is Geoff Kellaway, and although his recovery is progressing well Town fans are unlikely to see the Felinfach Flier back in action much before the New Year. Goalkeeper Chris Mullock has returned to TNS following a brief loan spell at Park Avenue. Carmarthen have recovered well since losing 3-0 at home to Ian Hughes' men on 18th September, and four wins from their last six games have lifted the Orangemen a point above the Seasiders in the Dafabet WPL Table. With five of Aber's remaining seven pre-split games to be played at home their fate will be decided at Park Avenue, so the Black and Greens will be looking to put together a run of home results justifying their pretentions to a Top Six place. Aber's Super Supporters have a crucial role to play with the trademark Friday Night Dias Roar hopefully in evidence again in 48 hours time. Kick off at Park Avenue on Friday is at 7.45pm and Admission will cost £6 for Adults, £4 Concessions and £1 for Children. There's no better way to Kick Off your weekend! Comments are closed.
