Aberystwyth Town FC sends its best wishes to First Team Manager Seamus Heath for a swift recovery following a recent operation.
After attending his first two matches in charge at Llandudno and Bala, Seamus was called in for an operation, and was granted a period of sick leave by the Club. He missed the matches at Prestatyn and at home to Carmarthen last week, and will unfortunately be unavailable for Friday's match at home to Newtown as he recuperates.
Seamus told atfc.org.uk today: "As you may know I am currently recovering from an operation on my lungs known as a lobectomy, which unfortunately will prevent me from being at Friday's game. I am however recovering well and am hoping to be back at it as soon as possible. The Doctors remarked on my fit lungs which I put down to a lifetime of being involved with football!
I wish the Team and the Supporters all the best on Friday and hope to see you all at Newtown a week on Sunday".
