Aberystwyth Town FC are delighted to announce the recruitment of local boy Harri Rowe. 19 year old Harri returns to the Club after 18 months with Haverfordwest County in the Cymru South. A left sided defender or midfielder, Harri developed through the Club’s Academy to become one of the stand out players in Aberystwyth Town’s all conquering Under 19s side which won the Welsh Premier Development League two seasons running, in 2017/8 and 2018/19. He played for Shrewsbury Town’s Academy side for four years before returning to the Black and Greens set up, and has also represented Welsh Schoolboys and Welsh Academy select sides. Harri has remained closely involved at Park Avenue during his time with the Bluebirds and is also an Academy Coach at the Club. He told atfc.org.uk this afternoon: “I am delighted to be rejoining my hometown club. I had a great experience going away and playing at Haverfordwest, and now I can’t wait to be back at Park Avenue in an Aber shirt playing in the Cymru Premier.” Everyone at Park Avenue welcomes Harri back to the First Team set up as Aber’s recruitment of local talent continues.
