Black and Greens Manager Ian Hughes spoke with the Dafabet WPL Audioboom Channel today and discussed a number of topics relating to tomorrow night's important League game at home to Carmarthen Town. Commenting on Aber Town's excellent attendance record for Friday night games Hughes said: "We are (hoping for another big crowd). The Students have come out in force recently and we need them again tomorrow night. If the crowd can cheer us on it all helps and adds to the occasion." Central Defensive Lynchpin Lee Surman is suspended for tomorrow's game but Hughes doesn't feel that this will necessarily disadvantage Aber tomorrow night, as Sion James has been on top form: "Sion James has probably been our best Player of late, I've been really impressed with his attitude, and I have no qualms about putting him in as Centre Back. I'm sure he'll do the Club proud as he has all season," said Hughes in conversation with FAW Competitions Manager Andrew Howard. Discussing the intense congestion in the middle of the Dafabet WPL Table, Hughes said: "It's really tight, isn't it. There are some good teams in there so of course every game is so important. We've just got to make sure that we perform to the best of our abilities, which I'm sure we will do, and if we do that we'll be in the Top Six."
