Uwch Gynghrair Genero Adran Premier Sul/Sunday 17 Mawrth/March (CC/KO 2yh/pm) Dinas Swansea City v Tref Aberystwyth Town Mae Menywod Tref Aber yn dychwelyd i Dde Cymru ddydd Sul i wynebu Dinas Abertawe yn Uwchgynghrair Adran Genero. Aber Town Women return to South Wales on Sunday when they face Swansea City in the Genero Adran Premier. The Seasiders will be looking for an improved result after their 3-0 defeat to Cardiff City last time out in the Championship Conference opener. They face a Swansea City side who were victorious on the first game of Phase Two, after a 3-2 victory over Wrexham, and will be looking to add to that this weekend.
Aber took a vital point off the Swans on their last visit to Llandarcy Academy Of Sport, after a Niamh Duggan free kick gave Town the lead. A late goal from Jessica Williams meant Aber had to settle for a point, but it would be a point that would prove crucial come the end of Phase One, as Aber secured top four. It's the only time Swansea have dropped points in the league since November, having won every other game in that time. Amy Jenkins said ahead of the game: "They're a great side. We'll do everything we can to stop them from playing. It's going to be the same again. It's about trying to be resilient." Photo: Iestyn Dallimore Comments are closed.
