Aberystwyth Town take to the road again tomorrow with a visit to Park Hall, home of reigning JD Cymru Premier Champions The New Saints, the destination.

After four games, the two teams come into this match at opposite ends of the table, but Aber’s battling performances haven’t yet yielded the results that they have arguably deserved and this encounter with the league’s heavyweights provides a mouthwatering opportunity to change that stat.
 
Tomorrow nights hosts are without doubt the dominant force in domestic Welsh football and they have once again started the season in excellent form, sitting top of the league with 10 points from 4 games with a two point gap to their nearest challengers. They come into this match having defeated Colwyn Bay 1-0 away from home on Tuesday night.
 
The New Saints 2023/24 squad has a familiar look to it, with stalwarts such as Chris Marriot, Adrian Cieslewicz, Danny Redmond and former Aber loanee Connor Roberts all still regulars at Park Hall. Another former Park Avenue loanee, Jake Canavan, has appeared off the bench in their last two matches. Their summer arrivals include former Port Vale and Walsall midfielder Rory Holden and young former Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper Reece Thompson.
 
Park Hall has had a bit of a makeover since the Green Army last visited, with one stand extended and a completely new stand erected on the side of the ground where the changing rooms are. This stand will not be in operation for this game however, as it is still being completed.
