He started his career with Connah's Quay Nomads back in 2011, coming through the ranks with the Nomads' academy and forging his way into the first team by the 2013/14 season. Having excelled at first team level, Ryan's brilliant form caught they eye of The New Saints, who opted to sign the midfielder on a full time contract in January 2014.
Regarded as one of the best young prospects in the league, Ryan played a pivotal role in The New Saints' world record breaking 27 consecutive league victories during the 2016/17 season, before signing for Bala Town in 2017 where he made 12 appearances for the Lakesiders. Ryan also spent a period on loan with Airbus UK Broughton in late 2017, before joining Llandudno ahead of the 2017/18 season - where he made a total of 14 appearances.
Despite being just 24 years old, Ryan has already made 99 JD Welsh Premier League appearances, scoring 10 goals in the process. Known for being a great athlete and having an excellent work rate, Ryan is sure to become a fans favourite at Park Avenue in no time. Aber's supporters can see a glimpse of Ryan's talent by watching his superb Goal of the Month for Connah's Quay Nomads during his breakthrough season in the league here.
